love the music. A lot of the time the bass player drowns out the other
instruments. The loud bass is hard on the ears. Keep it up the great

A fun
group of musicians! This is a performance setting, with a live
audience, open to beginners and advanced players alike. Genres include
Old-Time, Bluegrass, Country, a little Gospel, and an occasional Irish
tune. Always looking for players, singers and listeners.

Went
for the first time on Thursday. Gospel/bluegrass. Very relaxed and
friendly. I am a beginner dobro player and felt welcome and
comfortable. Great potluck dinner during the break. I will be
going back!

This
was a lively jam with skill ranges from beginner to expert. There
were about a dozen players, guitars, mandolin, Dobro, and
harmonica. Traditional songs and more contemporary country.
Great sound system with microphones and a “roadie” who ran
the sound board and moved the mics as needed. The jam starts at
5:30, plays until about 6:15, and then takes a break for a free
dinner. After the meal, the music starts up again. Seating
is in a horseshoe shape facing an audience of a dozen or so.
Loosely structured with a very friendly feel. Check it out,
you'll feel welcome!
